Misconduct includes but is not limited to:

• Use of language that is inappropriate, offensive or intimidating

• Verbal or emotional harassment 

• Any form of discrimination, in action or speech

• Physical harassment, misconduct or assault

• Sexual harassment, misconduct or assault 

• Misuse or abuse of someones home or personal belongings

• Sharing of private information 

• Unsafe handling of food or equipment 

The spread takes all reports of misconduct very seriously. Once the incident is reported, a member of The Spread team will get back to you shortly. If necessary, the reported offender will be notified of the incident, but the claimants identity can be kept anonymous if they wish. Depending on the severity of the offense, further action may be necessary.
